Bitless Dressage

Still mulling over bitless I came across this vid. It happens to be the same person shown here
I presume that the horse was trained to this level with a bit.

It's interesting to compare the two vids.

Thanks for finding that Di! Really interesting and yes I would guess trained with a bit but nevertheless quite a feat to do this in a public arena. Just wish she wasn't sat over to the left all the time (and you moan about your right side which isn't as bad by any means as hers)oh and being miss picky I'm not keen on the lean back. Overall though I'm impressed and the horse has floppy ears, no swishing of the tail...cool.

I agree about the lean back, not overly keen on the rider, but the horse looks happy enough.

This horse was bit trained to that level, however, this rider has spent hours with this horse in the halter. This is seen in the fluidity of the movements which are not present in the bit.
